Coaching Terms and Conditions

The purpose of this document is to lay out the terms and conditions of Libby Sinback’s coaching programs. Please read through this document, so that you know what you’re agreeing to, and write to Libby if you have questions about what something means.

Coaching Expectations

Participants are 100% responsible for their progress and results from coaching. Libby will offer quality resources, help and guide participants, however, participation is the one vital element of the the program success that relies solely on the participant. Libby makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. Because of the nature of coaching and extent, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary.

Participants acknowledge that Libby is not a clinical psychologist or licensed therapist and cannot treat any clinical conditions including depression, suicidal thoughts or intentions, severe anxiety, PTSD or CPTSD, abuse, or active addiction.

Attendance

It is the participant’s responsibility to be aware of when all live calls are happening and ensure they attend to get the most out of the program. Libby will provide a calendar and an online portal with all the relevant information, but Libby will not chase down participants.

Payment, Refunds, & Transfers

If the participant is on a multiple payment arrangement, the client understands this is not a “pay to play” arrangement. Payments are simply there to help the client break up the investment into smaller payments.

In the event that a participant needs to withdraw from the program for any reason, the client remains fully responsible for the unpaid balance for the program they committed to. Participants acknowledge that they are bound to pay the investment in full, whether or not they withdraw from the initial commitment.

There are no refunds given under any circumstances.

If client has life circumstances that make them unable to participate in the program after they purchased it, they may ask to transfer to another future cohort, if they are less than 2/3 of the way through the program.

It is within Libby’s right to terminate any participant from the program at any point for misconduct or egregious behavior, and the participant will still be responsible for the full cost of the program, no refunds or partial refunds will be given.

Homework and Support

Participants acknowledge that participation outside of the live calls is likely to help them to get the best results out of the program. This includes participation in the online portal with other participants, and completion of weekly reflections or other homework assignments.

If participants require technical support with the portal, changes to their information, or any other technical issues, they should contact Van de Leon via the online portal

For ay direct communication with Libby, please allow at least 24-48 business hours for a response from Libby. Libby has policies in effect as part of the workflow and overall health of her and her family, including but not limited to: not working on days off, not working odd hours, needing 24-48 business hours to respond to messages. Libby is under no obligation to respond within any set time frame to inquiries, except when otherwise noted.

Confidentiality

To help promote the program, Libby may request to make certain comments made by participants public to help promote the program. Libby agrees not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any personal information shared by participants during online, coaching calls, or otherwise without their prior consent. Libby will inform participants if she is legally obligated to disclose confidential information for any reason.

Libby loves to have her work and ideas shared, but expects participants to label it as my Libby’s work and content, and also link back to the original source. Because, really. That’s the decent thing to do. Libby wants this work to travel far and wide, but that’s no excuse for stealing her work to pass it off as your own.
